Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
For prepaid sessions, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.
For unpaid services or consultations, a late cancellation fee of £50 will apply.
To secure your preferred time and specialist, book or reschedule treatments as early as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the same specialist or exact time for each appointment.

Promotions, Discounts, and Flash Sales
Promotional offers are governed by their specific terms and conditions and are provided at our discretion.

Prepaid Treatment Packages
Packages offer discounted rates when pre-purchasing a course of treatments.
Prices are based on the full package and cannot be reduced if you choose not to use all included areas. Unused areas will not be available for future treatment.

Cosmetic Injections Terms & Conditions
A deposit or credit card is required to secure bookings for cosmetic injection treatments.
All packages must be used in a single appointment and cannot be split across multiple visits.
Pricing is based on the number of units required, as determined by the treating injector.
Additional units, if needed, must be purchased separately. No refunds or price reductions are available if fewer units are used.
The injector has sole discretion over the number of units administered and the product used.

Refund Policy
Treatments and services are non-transferable between clients or clinics.
All purchases are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Complaints Procedure
If you wish to raise a complaint, please speak to or write to the Clinic Manager at the location where the issue occurred.

Complaint Process:

Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
Investigations will be completed within 21 working days where possible.
We will provide an explanation or meeting to resolve the issue.
Apologies will be given where appropriate, and measures will be taken to prevent recurrence.
Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Pre- & Post-Treatment Care
Dermal Fillers
Swelling, lumps, and asymmetry are normal during healing. These typically settle over time.
Avoid dental work for 4 weeks before and after treatment to minimize the risk of infection.
If you experience severe pain, mottling, or blanching, contact Mizu Aesthetic Clinic immediately.

Toxin Treatments
Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising may occur at the injection site.Bruising can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. Effects typically appear within 7-14 days, though larger muscles may take 4-6 weeks. Asymmetry or lumpiness may occur during the initial days as the toxin takes effect; this usually resolves. Polynucleotides Results are gradual and vary based on skin condition, age, and adherence to the treatment plan. Most patients see improvement within 6 weeks.
